Shipping Costs & Returns

After you make an order you will receive an email to confirm the purchase process was successful or not. Our management department can also send you another email later to indicate changes in order status. There may be three types of order status:

• Order In Process: When you receive an email with status "In Process" it means that your order is being processed and prepared for shipment.
• Order Posted: The order has left our shop and will be delivered within the time of delivery.
• Order Delivered: When you receive an email or see this on your order history it means your order has reached its destination.

Our system allows you to return back any item within a period not exceeding 10 days from receipt of the product, provided that it is in perfect condition and detailing the reasons for return. In the case of edible products only accept unopened containers with safety seals intact.

In the event that has already begun the process of delivery, may be repaid or change it once it is received. The customer will pay the postage for the return or exchange unless the product is spoiled or damaged, which should make expressly settled in the delivery note.

Payment systems

All prices shown in the list of our products are with the taxes included, depending on the area it belongs to the client (your primary billing). Abstract In the final purchase shows the final price of the same, indicating the amount of taxes.

The prices shown in www.zaral.com/latienda/venta  may be reviewed and modified at any time.

With reference to the baskets and boxes of Christmas, the price shown is inclusive of VAT. The delivery notes and invoices for the same will be made individually, separately for the VAT on each of the products that make up the whole basket. For sending Christmas baskets in the town of Altea (Alicante), no one will be charged freight transport, in the case of other locations in Spain, accounting for fees.

The payment process can be done through:

• Cash On Delivery
• Bank Transfer

a) Cash On Delivery

You can only use this payment method to mainland Spain. In addition, this method of payment is a small surcharge on shipping costs, shown on the screen during the checkout process.

Payment will be made in cash at the time of order delivery through the carrier for the shipment location.

b) Bank Transfer

Selecting and bank transfer payment method, you will receive with your order confirmation e-mail which will indicate the account number in which the bank transfer is made payable to Zaral.

It is very important that you indicate in the subject "Order No X" as well as your name, and to do the transfer within 3 days from the day you made the order request.

No order shall be deemed effective until we have bank confirmation of transfer. In any case, to handle the sending of a more agile and quickly compare the information provided by our bank can send by fax +34 965 840 271 or email a.zaragozi@zaral.com proof of the transfer.

Do not forget that you make the payment in euros and that all possible exchange charges or bank are for your account to opt for this payment system.

Shipping options and delivery times

Zaral reserves the right to vary the type of delivery and the company for which payment shall, regardless of what transpired in these pages and where no apparent detrimental to the client.

Note: Under no circumstances will ship to PO boxes.

Unless there are errors in our system, all the items on display in our store are in stock, so that in mainland Spain, the delivery time will be 24 or 48 hours, if confirmed before 14:00 (Spanish time). However, in capital remote villages (villages, small towns, etc.) shipments may be delayed one day more.

Note that delivery times are computed on weekdays (Monday to Friday) and we do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Also, if the payment method chosen is bank transfer, we will not send the order until we have bank confirmation of transfer.
